Delivery: Digital products and PDF downloads are delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout.
No Shipping Fees: There are no shipping costs or physical delivery for digital items. If you do not receive your download link within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at 240-739-4848.

2. Physical Products (Apparel & Wellness Gear)

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping (USA): We offer standard shipping across the United States.
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout).
Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and destination.

3. Third-Party & Affiliate Items (The Beacon Marketplace)

Some items featured on our site are fulfilled by third-party partners (such as Amazon).
For these items, shipping rates, delivery times, and tracking will be handled by the third-party provider. Please refer to their specific shipping confirmation emails for details.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Glo Beacon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

Glo Beacon is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
